The ebilling S.p.A. offer model envisages three different levels of outsourcing for the management of business communication documents: - full outsourcing
ebilling S.p.A. designs, produces and manages the personalised business communication documents given to it by the client, in any required format and using any delivery channel. ebilling S.p.A. is also able to manage “print-ready files” (for instance the PT Postel @ format), meaning the client?s print spools, and to offer in this case as well the possibility of implementing multi-channel processes and permitting the verification of service levels; - cooperative processing
ebilling S.p.A. manages application management, processing of documentary flows, document delivery and filing. At the same time, the client controls the document amendment and Service Level Agreement supervision stages.
